These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Loo Review mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service") provided by GIMZWARE.ai ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your account information up to date.
Maintain the security of your login credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate your account if information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Your Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Service.

3.2 Content Standards

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

You own or have the right to submit the content.
It does not violate any third party's rights.
It is accurate and reflects your genuine experience.
It complies with our content and acceptable use policies.

3.3 Content Moderation

We may review, modify, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content.

3.4 Photo Moderation

All photos submitted with reviews are automatically screened for content safety before becoming visible to other users. Photos identified as inappropriate or in violation of our policies will be rejected.

4. Nature of Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings represent the personal opinions of individual users. We do not verify their accuracy or endorse any opinions expressed. Ratings may change as new reviews are submitted. Use your own judgment when relying on them.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
Submit spam, promotional content, or paid reviews.
Circumvent content filtering or moderation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GIMZWARE.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Certain location and mapping data is provided by third parties and remains their property.

7. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

7.1 Flushes

The Service includes a virtual currency called "Flushes." You can earn Flushes through activity (writing reviews, watching rewarded video ads) or buy them via in-app purchases. Flushes unlock premium features but have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.

7.2 Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and subject to each platform's terms and refund policies. We verify receipts server-side before crediting your account. Duplicate or fraudulent attempts will be rejected.

7.3 Subscriptions

Some premium features are available via subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the current billing period ends. Manage or cancel through your device's app store settings.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

You may sign in using Google, Apple, or Facebook. By doing so, you agree to each provider's terms and privacy policies. We receive only the information you authorise and do not access your accounts beyond authentication.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads. You may control ad personalisation through your device settings and consent preferences.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIMZWARE.ai, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

Your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Any third-party conduct or content on the Service.
Unauthorised access to your transmissions or content.
Reliance on any review, rating, or information on the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GIMZWARE.ai and its officers, directors, and employees from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms. The latest version will always be on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. General Provisions

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and GIMZWARE.ai regarding the Service. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
